He also installed my cabinets in a way that I was never inconvenienced with my kitchen sink being out of commission! It was very easy to communicate and go over my plans with him. Lisa MNew Westminster I have worked with Ken for many years. I have found him to be reliable, knowledgeable and an excellent problem solver. Originally Ken did some updates to my house; however, I recently decided to sell my house. It was dated and the combination main bathroom and laundry room was not functional nor aesthetically pleasing.
Ken understood my need to keep as much of the original footprint as possible and redesigned the problematic laundry area. He also reversed a closet from the adjoining bedroom to create a spacious storage and linen closet.
Ken is truly an artist. He's an exceptional craftsperson with an extraordinary eye for design details and often made suggestions to material choices and finishes. As the adage goes, "kitchens and bathrooms sell". And in my case, it did....in 15 days in a disadvantageous market. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner so I could enjoy it longer.
